	Arthritis Foundation / Marathon Run WHEN: Nov 2006 WHERE: Vancouver CONTACT: Deborah Drummond for more information DETAILS: A fundraiser to raise funds and awareness for the Arthritis Society of Canada. Metropolitan raised funds and the president ran a half marathon for the cause.
	Dalai Lama WHEN: Nov /2006 WHERE: vancouver DETAILS: Metropolitan Massage donated 125 gift certificates for free massage to the volunteers that donated their time for the Dalai Lama's visit to vancouver.
	Various Charity Contributions WHEN: November 2006 WHERE: Vancouver CONTACT: Deborah Drummond for more information DETAILS: B.C. Adoption Association Jazz in the park event; Metropolitan Aromatherapy donated a variety of prizes for the silent auction. St.Johns School Annual Gala Fundrasier; Metropolitan Aromatherapy donated a variety of prizes to the silent auction. Variety Club Event; Metropolitan massage donated a variety of gift certificates for volunteer and silent auction purposes. Diabetes Association Fall Fundraser; Metropolitan Massage donated various massage gift certificates for auction purposes. UBC Student Fundrasier and Business Plan Competittion; Metropolitan donated massage certificates as well as prizes to the silent auction. Shoebox Fund Annual Christmas Shoebox Gathering for Gifts for Underprivalaged Children in 3rd World Countries; Metropolitan particiapted in filling a good number of boxes to be sent overseas.
